Mind and Emotional Fitness, Personal Training with a Difference
Personal Training usually takes the form of Physical Exercise which is really importent if we are to stay healthy and fit.
However this program puts the emphasis on Mind and Emotional Fitness which is often a key area we neglect.
Working together for 1 hour a week for 10 or so weeks, we build Self Confidence, remove Belief blocks that impede your life, work or sport.
We will also reduce any emotional issues so that you are able to build a more together person of yourself and move towards your real potential.
Much time will be spent on giving you a wide menu of Self Help skills so that you can yourself continue the program as long as you wish. |
